About Worth Reading Book group
If you enjoy reading and would like to discuss what you read, come and join 'Worth Reading' Book Group which meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Old White Lion, at 7.30 pm. It's a growing group, keen to have new members.

To start the Christmas season, on 5th December we will discuss some of the stories in Joanne Harris's book 'A Cat, a Hat and a piece of String', particularly the Christmas-based ones.

Our January session will be A WEEK LATER THAN USUAL, on Wednesday 9th, for which we are reading 'The Song of Achilles' by Madeline Miller.

On 6th February, Elizabeth Gilbert's 'The Signature of All Things'.

On 6th March, 'A Gentleman in Moscow', by Amor Towles.

We have tentative plans for a play-reading session one evening - ideas welcome!

Contact Jo Pinder on 01535 645275 or Deborah Mullins on 07427957935 or just turn up!
